Terms of Use

Submitting the public form is a request, not an automatic acceptance of a booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when Deposit Ready Clean confirms availability, scope, price, and any required payment.

Prices are confirmed before work is accepted. Deposit, balance, or full-payment links may be provided through Stripe. Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or access terms agreed for a particular booking also form part of that booking.

Customers must provide accurate contact, address, access, parking, property, and service information. Relevant hazards, restrictions, damage, or special handling requirements should be disclosed before the appointment.

Admin and cleaner access is for authorised Deposit Ready Clean users only. Credentials must not be shared. Cleaners may use customer and property information solely to complete their assigned work and must handle photos and notes confidentially.

We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract private data, introduce harmful code, or use the service unlawfully.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach and is subject to any specific terms agreed for the cleaning service.
